Pilates is a must for anyone who is looking to improve their posture and general well-being; it really helps to bring the body back into balance, Pilates focuses on your core muscles and is fantastic for highlighting and helping any niggles you may find; hence why so many GP’s refer Pilates as it is also an excellent class for rehabilitation.  

Every move will start at the basic level and will be progressed so that all levels are welcome, a fabulous way to start or end the day and feel de-stressed ready for the day ahead or an evening of rest.

✨ Wednesdays at 9:30am and 10:30am (Yoga Pilates Mix)
✨ Thursdays at 6:30pm
✨ Fridays at 9:30am
