ChiBall with Cheryl Towey

ChiBall combines the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, colour, aromatherapy and movements taken from Tai Chi, dance, yoga and Pilates.

A ChiBall exercise class is practised to mindful music – followed by relaxation (Feldenkrais), breathing exercises and meditation. This potent combination helps to relieve stress, aid weight loss, tone and detoxify the body, strengthen the mind and nourish the spirit.

Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water are the five natural elements through which yin and yang energy is expressed and each element has characteristics that relate to the seasons, movements, colours and aromas.
